Webb Henderson is pleased to have advised nbn on the variation to its Special Access Undertaking (SAU) as accepted by the ACCC in October 2023.
The SAU, as now varied, will deliver a new approach to wholesale pricing, supporting faster internet speeds, greater data demand and improved cost certainty for retailers and customers. It will also deliver greater long-term regulatory predictability for nbn, retailers and customers and sets out a range of measures aimed at delivering a better customer experience of the nbn® network.
The Webb Henderson team worked closely with nbn Legal and Regulatory on this project. This variation follows the acceptance by the ACCC a decade ago of the original SAU, on which Webb Henderson also advised.
