The Commerce (Promoting Competition and Other Matters) Amendment Bill, which proposes significant changes to the Commerce Act 1986, is currently before Parliament. Webb Henderson submitted to, and appeared before, the Economic Development, Science and Innovation Select Committee in response to the proposed Bill, drawing upon our experience with the current legislation, our insights from international practice and our views on areas for improvement.
