Xavier Fijac

Xavier is a commercial and technology lawyer in Webb Henderson's Sydney office, specialising in technology and digital infrastructure projects.
He has extensive experience advising on complex transactions and strategic infrastructure and technology projects, including the NSW government’s statewide transition to electric bus and charging infrastructure. He has also advised major Australian and international financial services organizations on software and service procurement, privacy, data and cybersecurity, outsourcing regulation, as well as cloud and digital infrastructure transformation projects.
Before joining Webb Henderson, Xavier gained experience in government, the financial services sector, and in private practice at Gilbert + Tobin.
Xavier was first admitted to practice in 2015. He is admitted to practice in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
