Shaan Palmer is a commercial, regulatory, insolvency and class action disputes lawyer.

Shaan has extensive experience in large scale complex litigation, including:

  • acting against major banks and ratings agencies alleging breach of duty, negligence and misleading and deceptive conduct;
  • acting for directors in regulatory proceedings;
  • acting against major auditing firms in respect of alleged audit breaches;
  • acting for shareholders in shareholder class actions;
  • investigating large corporate collapses and litigating claims, including claims against directors for breach of duty and insolvent transactions;
  • acting in large scale commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes and negligence actions.

She also has extensive experience in the United Kingdom, having practised in London for nine years acting for public sector clients, insolvency practitioners, corporations, and private individuals in commercial, insolvency and property litigation.
