Neha Pillalamarri is a Senior Associate specialising in litigation and dispute resolution, with over 10 years’ experience acting in complex commercial disputes in State and Federal courts. She regularly assists corporate clients and individuals in high‑value matters, including providing strategic advice at the pre‑litigation stage and throughout the lifecycle of disputes.

Neha’s practice spans general commercial litigation (including Corporations Act matters and competition and consumer law), regulatory disputes and investigations, insolvency litigation, funded litigation and representative proceedings. Her experience covers a wide range of industries and includes contractual disputes, claims involving misleading or deceptive conduct, insurance disputes and acting both for and against ASIC in civil penalty proceedings, investigations and other regulatory matters. In addition to contentious work, Neha advises clients on contractual, regulatory and legal risk, and provides broader commercial support, including assistance with governance matters and sensitive risk events that arise in the course of ongoing business operations.

Prior to her career in commercial litigation, Neha worked in the Assurance division of a Big 4 accounting firm, working with commercial clients on financial services audit and compliance matters.

Neha was admitted to practice in 2016 and is admitted in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia. She is valued for her reliability and brings a measured approach to managing disputes, working closely with clients, counsel and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently and strategically.
