Mina is a regulatory and disputes lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson.
Mina’s experience has involved advising clients in relation to regulatory investigations and enforcement action, particularly in relation to financial services law and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Webb Henderson, Mina worked at a national law firm primarily acting for Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to the conduct of large financial institutions, including investigating alleged contraventions around the sale practices of consumer credit insurance, AML/CTF reporting obligations, unfair contract terms in insurance contracts and alleged breaches of disclosure obligations. Most recently, Mina acted for ASIC in a large-scale proceeding against one of Australian’s largest banks involving claims of insider trading, unconscionable conduct and breaches of its financial services license obligations. Mina is admitted to practice in New South Wales and New Zealand.
