Megan is a counsel in Webb Henderson’s corporate practice.
She advises clients on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, NZX Listing Rules compliance, joint venture and limited partnership arrangements, corporate governance matters, and commercial contracts. Megan also has experience advising lenders and borrowers on domestic and cross-border lending transactions.
Before joining Webb Henderson, Megan practised at a magic-circle UK firm and prior to that at a leading New Zealand firm.
Megan was recognised as a Rising Star by NZ Lawyer in 2022.
Megan was first admitted to practice in 2011. She’s admitted to practice in New Zealand.
