Gabe is a commercial and regulatory lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson. His focus is on the telecommunications, media and technology sectors.
He has assisted Australian and international clients on a broad range of matters, including wholesale broadband access agreements, satellite internet products, deployment of terrestrial and subsea fibre infrastructure, and regulatory advice.
Gabe previously worked for a national Australian law firm, the Australian public service, and a major defence company.
He has advised on regulatory action and reform relating to the Copyright Act, Telecommunications Act, and the Triple Zero Emergency Call Service.
Gabe was first admitted to practice in 2013. He is admitted to practice in South Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.
