Ben is a corporate and commercial lawyer in the Auckland office of Webb Henderson.

He has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.

He was first admitted to practice in 2018 and is admitted to practice in New Zealand. Ben first joined Webb Henderson in 2019, and following a two-year period working in London for a global private equity portfolio company, rejoined Webb Henderson in 2025.
