Anthony Lloyd

Anthony is a partner in Webb Henderson's Telecoms & Technology practice in Sydney. He has spent over 25 years working almost exclusively at the intersection of law and technology and advises on complex, high-value technology, digital and telecommunications projects across the telecommunications, financial services, energy, government, aviation and insurance sectors.

Anthony's work spans digital transformation, digital infrastructure, outsourcing and cloud, data, cybersecurity and operational resilience, and the regulation that surrounds them. He acts for both suppliers and customers of technology, on some of the largest technology and outsourcing programmes in the Asia-Pacific.

He also advises on technology and telecommunications joint ventures, the acquisition of AI platforms and the safeguards and connected regulatory issues.

Anthony joined Webb Henderson from Ashurst in September 2026. His practice dovetails well with our leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure practice, so that clients are supported across the full stack of their major technology and infrastructure programmes.
