Abbey advises on complex technology transactions and commercial contracts, including IT and software agreements, outsourcing arrangements and digital infrastructure and technology procurement.
Before joining Webb Henderson, Abbey gained experience at top tier law firms in New Zealand and London where she advised on large multi-national transactions in the technology, digital infrastructure and financial sectors.
Abbey is admitted to practice in New Zealand, having been first admitted in 2016.
