Elizabeth Ogle
Senior Associate
Elizabeth is a Senior Associate in Webb Henderson’s corporate and banking team.
Her specialty is complex financing transactions, including corporate and infrastructure finance, leveraged acquisitions and restructurings, and large-scale institutional projects involving product development and regulatory advice.
Elizabeth also advises on front-end corporate M&A projects. Covering both the corporate and financing elements of an acquisition, Elizabeth provides M&A clients with an ‘end-to-end’ service distinctive in the market.
The breadth and depth of Elizabeth’s clients – NZ and AUS private equity, institutional banks, ESG-centred corporates, founders of NZX listed companies, and NZ government entities – are testament to how clients value her expertise and advice quality.
Elizabeth is listed as a Rising Star in IFLR1000, was recognised as a Rising Star by NZ Lawyer in 2022 and was an Excellence Awardee for the NZ Law Awards Young Private Practice Lawyer of the Year in 2023.
Elizabeth was first admitted to practice in 2015. She’s admitted to practice in New Zealand.
