Diana is a competition, regulatory, dispute resolution and commercial lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson.
Diana advises public and private sector clients on all aspects of competition, consumer and regulatory law.
She represents clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement action, merger clearances, and private disputes. Diana also has extensive experience in infrastructure and essential services regulation, including in relation to service declarations and revocations, access and pricing disputes, arbitrations, access undertakings, and reviews of and appeals from regulatory decisions.
Diana is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and practices in all major Australian jurisdictions, including the High Court, Federal Court, Supreme Courts, Courts of Appeal and the Australian Competition Tribunal.
Diana also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including directors’ duties and governance matters, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and other complex legal issues.
Diana is a contributor to publications including the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law and holds a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney. She was named a “Rising Star” in Competition and Consumer Protection by Doyle’s Guide to the Legal Profession in 2016, 2017 and 2018, and was a winner in the Dispute Resolution category of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards in 2015.
Diana was first admitted to practice in 2010. She is admitted to practice in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
