Diana is a competition, regulatory, dispute resolution and commercial lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson.

Diana acts for private and public sector clients in major commercial disputes and regulatory enforcement matters.  She also represents corporations and individuals in dealings with regulators such as the ACCC and ASIC, including regulatory investigations and immunity applications.  Diana advises clients on all aspects of competition and consumer law (including product safety) and has extensive experience in economic regulation and access matters.

Diana also advises clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, governance matters, and other complex legal issues.

Diana is a contributor to publications including the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law, is a member of the Competition Law Discussion Group and holds a Masters of Law from the University of Sydney.  She has been recognised as a “Rising Star” in Competition and Consumer Protection by Doyle’s Guide to the Legal Profession in 2016-2021 and was a winner in the Dispute Resolution category of the Lawyers Weekly “30 Under 30” awards in 2015.

Diana was first admitted to practice in 2010. She is admitted to practice in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
