Alan is a commercial and regulatory lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson. His focus is on the telecommunications, media and technology sector. 

Alan has worked on a variety of projects for Australian and international clients.

Some of Alan’s recent experience includes:

  • advising nbn on a range of projects relating to Australia’s National Broadband Network, including on fibre rollout contracts and wholesale broadband access products
  • advising on legal issues relating to the rollout, ownership and use of terrestrial fibre infrastructure and undersea cable networks
  • advising clients on a variety of technology sourcing and IT development projects (including municipal Wi-Fi network rollouts, managed service agreements, procurement arrangements for data centre equipment, and software licensing arrangements). 

Alan was first admitted to practice in 2017. He is admitted to practice in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
