Diana Biscoe

Diana is a competition, regulatory and dispute resolution partner based in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson.
Her practice covers all aspects of competition and consumer law, including advisory matters, regulatory investigations and enforcement action, mergers, access regulation, product safety and franchising. Diana also has a broad regulatory investigation and enforcement practice, representing private clients in dealings with regulators such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), and the OAIC, and acting for regulators in significant enforcement proceedings.
Diana regularly acts as an independent legal advisor to individuals in regulatory investigations and litigation matters, works with other firms to provide specialist competition law advice to clients, and has experience acting as the court-appointed independent solicitor supervising the execution of search orders (Anton Piller orders).
She’s also an experienced dispute resolution lawyer, representing clients in major commercial litigation matters. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, governance matters, and other complex legal issues.
Diana has been recognised in Who’s Who Legal, Doyle’s Guide to the Legal Profession, and the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 awards. She’s on the editorial panel of LexisNexis’ Inhouse Counsel publication; is a contributing author to the LexisNexis Practical Guidance: Competition publication, and a contributor to the Australian Journal of Competition and Consumer Law; and holds a Masters of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Diana was first admitted to practice in 2010. She is admitted to practice in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
