Jonathan is a senior lawyer in the corporate and commercial team with a background in banking and financial services. He has worked at leading NZ and UK firms and also inhouse. He is experienced across a range of transactions, including corporate and acquisition financing, real estate and infrastructure projects, both domestically and cross-border as well as advising on financial services regulation and competition law issues.
Jonathan was first admitted to practise in 2008 and is admitted in New Zealand, Victoria, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
