From time to time, Webb Henderson’s Auckland office makes a limited number of summer clerk and/or graduate lawyer opportunities available, for people who are genuinely interested in practising in the firm’s corporate, finance, competition and TMT law specialist practice areas. Corporate/M&A – Intermediate and Senior Lawyers
If you are a high performing 3 – 6 year corporate/M&A lawyer wanting to work with sophisticated clients on their most important strategic projects and corporate transactions, then Webb Henderson would like to hear from you. Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Law – Senior Lawyers
Webb Henderson is keen to attract a talented senior lawyer, ideally with more than five years’ high-quality competition, consumer and/or economic regulatory law experience, including litigation, to join the team. It is not a pre-requisite to have advised on all areas of competition, consumer and economic regulatory law and litigation; but a high level of competence in understanding financial and economic concepts, familiarity with litigation process, intellectual curiosity, a genuine interest in the specialty and a real willingness to learn, are.
