From time to time, Webb Henderson’s Auckland office makes a limited number of summer clerk and/or graduate lawyer opportunities available, for people who are genuinely interested in practising in the firm’s corporate, finance, competition and TMT law specialist practice areas.  We are not currently accepting applications but if further opportunities arise, details will be posted on this website.

Corporate/M&A – Intermediate and Senior Lawyers

If you are a high performing 3 – 6 year corporate/M&A lawyer wanting to work with sophisticated clients on their most important strategic projects and corporate transactions, then Webb Henderson would like to hear from you.  The corporate team works for leading corporates, private equity sponsors, private business owners and financial investors.  More details here.

Competition, Consumer & Economic Regulatory Law – Senior Lawyers

Webb Henderson is keen to attract a talented senior lawyer, ideally with more than five years’ high-quality competition, consumer and/or economic regulatory law experience, including litigation, to join the team.  It is not a pre-requisite to have advised on all areas of competition, consumer and economic regulatory law and litigation; but a high level of competence in understanding financial and economic concepts, familiarity with litigation process, intellectual curiosity, a genuine interest in the specialty and a real willingness to learn, are.  More details here.
