Ken is a commercial and regulatory lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson. His focus is on the telecommunications, media and technology sector.
Ken is recognised for his impressive breadth and depth of experience across a variety of legal, regulatory and commercial roles and projects in the TMT sector. He has advised a range of top-tier clients, including telecommunications companies at the group, wholesale and retail levels and regulators throughout Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Ken has held senior roles at:
- nbn Australia (Sydney)
- Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (Dubai)
- the Vodafone Procurement Company (Luxembourg)
He has a long-standing association with Webb Henderson, as a member of its original staff and for many years after that.
Ken has particular expertise advising telecommunications companies on wholesale services agreements, product development, procurement and outsourcing agreements, and a wide variety of regulatory matters. He also has experience advising telecommunications and over-the-top media companies on the content acquisition, licensing and distribution of major international sporting events and movie and television content.
Prior to joining Webb Henderson, Ken was a Senior Commercial Manager and a Senior Legal Counsel at nbn Australia.
Ken was first admitted to practice in 2005. He is admitted to practice in New Zealand, New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
