Grace is a regulatory and disputes lawyer in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson. Her focus is on the financial services sector.
Grace has assisted some of Australia’s largest banks in a number of high profile litigious and regulatory matters, including complex class action proceedings, regulatory notices and government inquiries, such as the Financial Services Royal Commission. Grace has also advised a number of prominent executives and directors in the financial services sector individually, in responding to regulatory requests and preparing for court appearances and s19 examinations.
Separately to this, Grace has also provided ongoing advice in relation to the relatively untested obligations imposed on banks and their executives under the Banking Executive Accountability Regime (soon to be known as the Financial Accountability Regime), implemented by the Federal Government in mid-2018.
Grace was first admitted to practice in 2017. She is admitted to practice in New South Wales.
