Bryce assists major international and Australian clients to navigate some of their most nuanced legal and regulatory matters across the telecommunications, media and technology sectors. He has expertise in the regulation and development of next generation fixed wireless broadband networks in Australia, digital identity/distributed ledger technology service agreements and commercial transactions across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Some of Bryce’s key clients include nbn, Spark New Zealand, Digital Radio Broadcasting JVC, eitc and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission.

Bryce has prior experience in privacy law, litigation and dispute management and work health & safety. His extensive knowledge of the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme enabled him to assist over twenty Australian organisations in overcoming their strategic and legal challenges of a data breach incident. He has also worked on one of Australia’s most high profile class actions regarding the handling of COVID-19 on a commercial cruise line.

Bryce was first admitted to practice in 2021.  He is admitted to practice in New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia
