Angus Bennett

Angus has experience advising and acting in a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters. Angus’ experience extends to acting for the ACCC and ASIC in investigations and enforcement litigation regarding consumer law, franchising and financial services. He has experience in acting for clients in commercial disputes and Corporations Act matters and companies responding to allegations of breaches of consumer law.   

Angus was first admitted to practice in 2019. He is admitted to practice in New South Wales and the Federal and High Courts of Australia.
