Ali is a corporate and commercial lawyer in the Auckland office of Webb Henderson.
Ali has experience advising domestic and overseas clients on corporate and M&A matters including acquisitions, inbound foreign investment, joint ventures, and corporate governance.
She is a co-author of the New Zealand chapters of the Chambers Global Practice Guide on Corporate Governance (2023, 2024) and “Investing in…New Zealand” (2024)
Ali was first admitted to practice in 2017. She is admitted to practice in New Zealand.
