Alex is a corporate and commercial lawyer in the Auckland office of Webb Henderson.
She has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, foreign investments in New Zealand, joint ventures and limited partnership arrangements, and corporate governance matters.
Before joining Webb Henderson, Alex practiced at a leading New Zealand firm. She was first admitted to practice in 2015. She’s admitted to practice in New Zealand.
