Sarah is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office of Webb Henderson, specialising in competition and consumer law and dispute resolution.

Sarah has extensive experience representing and assisting clients in contentious competition and consumer matters involving investigations and prosecutions by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). Earlier in her career Sarah worked as an Assistant Director in the Enforcement branch of the ACCC.

Sarah also has experience defending and prosecuting criminal matters in Australian and international courts. She is currently acting for a defendant in an indictable white-collar crime matter in NSW District Court. Prior to joining Webb Henderson she held senior positions at a United Nations war crimes tribunal in Cambodia (ECCC) and at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Netherlands.

Sarah regularly advises clients in various industry sectors on the competition and consumer law implications of commercial dealings and transactions including mergers and joint ventures, distribution agreements, dealings with competitors, consumer contracts, and advertising and marketing campaigns. Sarah has designed and conducted compliance training programs for a number of high profile clients in the consumer sector.

Sarah brings a unique and diverse perspective to her practice, gained through experience in different jurisdictions and professional environments, spanning private practice, international criminal courts (ICC/ECCC), investigations and law enforcement (ACCC), and intergovernmental policy making (OECD).

Sarah joined Webb Henderson in August 2016.
