What information do we collect?

 We may disclose your personal information to other Webb Henderson offices on a confidential basis for the purpose of providing our services and related activities. We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:

  • if you are a client of our firm, or you are employed by, contracted by or an agent of a client of our firm, to barristers or experts involved in your matter, or other law firms with whom we partner to provide you with legal services
  • to our agents, consultants and contractors who assist us in running our business or provide related services, and who are subject to security and confidentiality obligations
  • where you have consented to a disclosure to a third party
  • if the law allow or requires us to do so.

 Information about other people which you provide to us

If you provide personal information to us about someone else (such as a director or employee of our company, or someone with whom you have business dealings) you must ensure that you are entitled to disclose that information to us. Without us taking any further steps, we may collect, use and disclose that information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We will endeavour to handle your complaint as soon as possible and in any event within a reasonable time frame.
